For the browser game, include your device, operating system, browser name and version, whether you used a browser tab or home-screen PWA, what happened just before the problem, and any message shown. For the iPhone app, include your app version, iPhone model and iOS version. Check screenshots for personal information before attaching them.

Send the message from your own email app. The game does not automatically send support requests or diagnostic information.

Can I play without knowing chemical formulae?

Yes. After you select a card, cards that can connect to your selection light up. To make larger molecules, you can use a bundle card that represents a fixed number of atoms. A bundle is selected as one whole card; you cannot use only part of it.

If the browser game will not load

1. Open the game page and press 「無料で遊ぶ」 (Play free). Loading begins after you press the button.
2. If loading stalls, check your connection. If 「読み込み直す」 (Reload) appears, you can use it to reload the page.
3. Use Chrome, Safari or Firefox with WebGL 2.0 support. If an in-app browser fails, open the same URL in your usual browser.
4. Landscape orientation is recommended on phones. Fullscreen is optional; you can play within the page.

If an error mentions WebGL 2.0 or another requirement, include the exact text when contacting support. Clearing site data should not be your first troubleshooting step.

Browser saves and missing progress

The browser game automatically saves progress, records and settings in that browser's local storage area (IndexedDB). It has no account or cloud sync, and no feature to transfer progress to another device, browser or the iPhone app.

1. Return on the device and browser you previously used. Chrome, Safari and separate browser profiles do not share the same save.
2. Check whether you played in a Safari tab or the home-screen PWA. Their saves may be separate, so return using the same launch method.
3. Private browsing may not retain progress. Use a normal window for continuing play.
4. Do not clear site data while searching for a save. Clearing it also removes game progress.

The developer has no server copy of your game progress, so support cannot restore deleted browser saves.

Does home-screen installation allow offline play?

The PWA still needs an internet connection. Installation lets the game use more of the screen without the browser's address bar. See the home-screen instructions. The iPhone app is the version that supports offline play.

Where does the iPhone app save progress?

Game progress, records, and settings are saved on your device. The app has no account or app-managed cloud sync. iOS and iCloud backups are Apple services controlled through your device settings and are separate from this support service.
