For a problem, include the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, what you did just before it happened, and any message shown on screen. If you attach an image, check that it does not contain personal information.

Send the message from your own email app. The game does not automatically send support requests or diagnostic information.

Can I play without knowing chemical formulae?

Yes. After you select a card, cards that can connect to your selection light up. To make larger molecules, you can use a bundle card that represents a fixed number of atoms. A bundle is selected as one whole card; you cannot use only part of it.

Where are progress and settings saved?

Game progress, records, and settings are saved on your device. The app has no account or app-managed cloud sync. iOS and iCloud backups are Apple services controlled through your device settings and are separate from this support service.
